This PR adds the option to use daily CMIP6 data for profiling, instructions + scripts for how to seed the remote database and instructions and changes to run the code on the 2i2c JupyterHub.
Big issue is this only works on JupyterHub right now if you set AWS credentials for database access. Is it appropriate to allow anyone on the 2i2c JupyterHub instance to access credentials for the database? If not it may not be practical to give instructions for how to run this on the JupyterHub.
