Add HLS and IMERG to stac/collections #5

Add json files for STAC collection representations of HLS and IMERG data from CMR to use as test data. See mursst-cmr.json as an example.

I'm not sure if we're going to keep this issue as collection metadata will be maintained in https://github.com/developmentseed/stac-explorer
