Replace GNOME top bar with eww

Use eww for top bar and add dashboard while at it.

  • show curret workspaces
  • show windows on workspaces
  • clock
  • system tray
  • volume control
  • internet connection indicator
  • system monitor window
  • lock screen
  • custom color palette (#24)
