Power and Efficiency always says N/A

I only started using GMiner today, so was just using the standard command line parameters it came with, in mine_eth.bat..

miner.exe --algo ethash --server eth.2miners.com:2020 --user 0xC38282CEeE4dB9e5F39cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.rig pause

For the record, I got a Pallit RTX 2060 and installed it into a graphics breakout box and ran Gminer, and there was no problem getting ower and efficiency from that using the same command, so it seems it may have something to do with the MSI Geforce RTX 2060 POSSIBLY?

try parsing

It will force power efficience enable
