LHR mode - too much power fluctuation #419

Hello!

When running LHR mode, Gminer has too much power fluctuation compared to T-rex. Both miners works well, unlocking 70% hashrate on ETH. But T-rex take care of the GPU card. Where I send a GPU-Z screen shots illustrating the fluctuations?

That only means that Gminer shows the consumption INCORRECTLY! Just look to the GPU-Z "Board power Draw" output.

Gminer displays average power from start to present. When Gminer starts, creates DAG, vga consumes only ~30W, and because you've only started for 2 minutes, Gminer won't accurately report the number, when you run up to 10 minutes, that number will be accurate.
