ProgPoW algo is missing? #441

Hello! What about the ProgPow algo (SERO coin)? In readme file there is a word "ProgPoW" but how to specify this algo?

C:\Mine\Gminer_2_70>miner.exe --algo progpow invalid algorithm: progpow

C:\Mine\Gminer_2_70>miner.exe --algo progpow_sero invalid algorithm: progpow_sero

Try with --algo sero found it in an old release. ProgPow (sero) was removed in gminer 2.40 release.

eth, ethash 0.65% etc, etchash 0.65% kawpow, rvn, ravencoin 1% cortex 5% beamhash 2% equihash144_5 2% equihash125_4 2% equihash192_7 2% equihash210_9 2% cuckoo29, aeternity 2%
