--tfan not working with AMD rx6600xt #538

I've set --tfan 60 --tfan_min 50 --tfan_max 90

when GPU reach above target temperature (60c) then the fan speed doesn't increase dynamically.

The same thing happens here. I tried --fan, --tfan, and even used MSI afterburner, and AMD fan control to lock the fan speed, but no one works. All fans started with 70% and then decreased to 20% - 50 %.

The only solution is Teamred miner, which locks the fan speed at around 75% if I use "--fan_control=:::60:60:60"

On PhoenixMiner I can set the values on Linux. Tuned the rx 6600 xt and I get 33.7 MH/s 54C 65W
