FAN CONTROL BASED ON VRAM #696

Please add fan control based on vram temps and not just the core temps. Thank you.

Second this. Now when memory temp monitoring is available in linux as well as windows this would be handy.

It has happened. Works only in windows though. Would be awesome if --tfan and --tmfan would be possible for linux users, too..
