Please improve performance on 10x graphic cards #826

i know you already improved it, but it needs a little adjustment yet, and it seems it doesn't use its full watts performance sometimes on those, i have for example 1660ti and doesn't work so well on them, but on 30x cards it works great. great job guys you even added ergo+kas!

Also don't know if it is in all 20x cards but i have 2x 2060super and they are not well optimized, might be for all 20x cards as well Thanks in advance!
