4 years ago Got a new pc a few weeks ago, and all worked fine - just bought another yesterday and am getting this error too - rolled back the driver to the old one, but it is still an issue with the card and gminer.
Here are some other errors with the Tube4 Reference Miner which may help also for you guys ...
GPU 0: GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER NO MEMORY Mining at 0.00 gps Solutions: 0 Last Message: 22:47:40: Critical error in main cuda loop ErrorIllegalAddress: While executing a kernel, the device encountered a load or store instruction on an invalid memory address.------------------ This leaves the process in an inconsistent state and any further CUDA work will return the same error. To continue using CUDA, the process must be terminated and relaunched.

4 years ago Got kernel building error with RTX3080
I just updated my Nvidia driver to the latest Studio version 456.38 and am constantly getting this error:
"Miner terminated, watchdog will restart process after 10 seconds"
It was working until I updated the driver so I am 100% sure the driver is the issue but it's also an issue for me to not use the updated driver since I also use Blender when I am not letting my graphics card mine.
