Cannot Connect Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install Magento 1.6.1.0
2.Install OpenERP 6.0.3
3.Follow Installation instructions
4.Attempt to Sync/Import

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For sync/import success

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux/Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
Error I am receiving is:

<class 'xmlrpclib.Fault'>

This looks like a problem with the Magento API. 
Please verify the web user has read access. There are problems with some 
Magento installations recently where you cannot save the roles permissions 
correctly.
