Add sensor to the dashboard functionality. (8-16 Hours)

This lets users set the operational min/max and the overall min/max for a sensor.
The data could be represented in a bullet chart. Example: https://www.anychart.com/products/anychart/gallery/Bullet_Charts/Horizontal_Bullet_Chart_with_Ranges.php

Colored horizontal bar should be last data point value. Add vertical line for current average and have 2 vertical bars for the averages.
