Improve Alizer's devfile_recognizer unit tests #1218

Issue Description

Inside https://github.com/devfile/alizer/pull/18 we had a lot of warnings of lines not covered by our tests inside the devfile_recognizer tests. As right now we only have some E2E tests for this recognizer, we should create more unit tests and improve the quality of the testing for this feature.
