Issue details

After alizer's onboarding to devfiles organization it would be nice to have a dedicated section for alizer inside devfile.io.

This info could be added inside the General section of https://devfile.io/docs/ and it should be visible for all versions of devfile.io docs

Content related, we could name the doc item as "recognizing" or "matching" devfiles and we can focus on the devfile command of alizer, especially how alizer recognizes and matches a given source code with a stack of a registry.

Additionally we can have some generic information about the alizer project too and a link to the full documentation of the project.

Acceptance Criteria

General overview of alizer as a project with link to Alizer documentation (https://github.com/devfile/alizer/tree/main/docs/public)
Information on how alizer works, and how it performs source code matching
Brief rundown on how to use alizer
