User Story

As a consumer and contributor I want to have confidence that the repositories are adhering to best practices in the open source community. This can be achieved by adding an OpenSSF Best Practices Badge to all Devfile repositories.

Each repo will have its own badge that needs to be completed to 100%. Issues for each of these badges have been created and are shown below.
