Bug Summary

Describe the bug:

https://github.com/devfile/registry/pull/357 introduced changes to the 1.x go stack that included a bump to devfile 2.2. This can break support for odo v2.

Any logs, error output, screenshots etc? Provide the devfile that sees this bug, if applicable

Additional context

Any workaround?

When using a tool that doesn't support devfile 2.2.x versions, use a previous 1.x version.

Suggestion on how to fix the bug

• [ ] Create a new patch versions 1.2.2 and 1.3.2 that reverts to devfile 2.1.0
• [ ] Deprecate the 1.2.1 and 1.3.1 patch versions that introduced devfile 2.2 into 1.x

If anyone reports issue with stack version bump priority from major -> critical
