Investigate registry nightly run failures for ollama stack #1632

Bug Summary

Describe the bug:

The registry nightly run currently fails with a timeout error coming from the ollama stack. The last successful run was a week ago (see list here).

To Reproduce:

Check the last failed nightly run here: https://github.com/devfile/registry/actions/runs/10553847239

Expected behavior

The workflow should have a successful run

Any logs, error output, screenshots etc? Provide the devfile that sees this bug, if applicable

Additional context

Any workaround?

Suggestion on how to fix the bug

After a permanent fix is found https://github.com/devfile/registry/pull/475 has to be reverted
