website redir from . to www. #20

Hello Antoine, Je viens de remarquer que le site n'est pas accessible sans les 3w. Sur le readme, le lien est sans, du coup on peut penser que le site n'est plus en ligne. Est-ce possible d'ajouter une redirection?

As I am using gandi for the DNS and they don't allow CNAME for the apex domain, making a redirection from devfriendlyplaces.net to www.devfriendlyplaces.net is not an easy task (with https).

But I'm still working on it.

Would it be possible to do the inverse then, by having by default the apex and a redirection from www to the apex? (I know it's preferable to have www, but at least we wouldn't get a 404...) I let you close the issue if you think it's not useful anymore.
