The basic idea is that you pay for time (5 euros the first hour, 3 the following ones), being able to take everything for free afterwards. Minimum 2'50 Euros (half hour), full day costs 14 Euros.
They provide solid WiFi, and even 2 quiet rooms that could be used for video-calls or such things.
