Support for draw cards #41

Black cards with draw > 0 are treated as normal cards, but they shouldn't. This also affects blank cards.

@devgianlu How the hell do you select cards? Doesn't look implemented, so I opened #47. Opening tickets with what needs done. ALL FIXED.
