Initial volume does not seem to work

If I set initial_volume: 40 in config.yml, it still becomes 100% when I set the device in Spotify connect to go-librespot.

Should note that I have volume_steps: 16 set.

Can you attach the go-librespot logs when you observe this behaviour?
