better scrollbar syling for Column #80

A minor thing but when there are many cards in the column it looks like this:

Perhaps we could improve the styling here.

@adetuadetu Thanks for taking this one! I believe there is a plugin that @JanHendryk used for styling the scrollbar on the board, in case you don't know about this yet, just FYI.
