Network Error Has Occurred #164

For about a week now I keep getting this error message. I have uninstalled, installed and then updated the program, but I still get this message. Sometimes I can get all the way to trying to download the VOD, but it never gets farther than this before the error message comes up and the program shuts down. Suggestions?

Suddenly today after about 9 days of not working, the program decided to just start working again. So for now, there is no longer an issue.
