Version 0.3.8 should be released to PyPI #7

Version 0.3.8 has some major improvements in it, but is not available for installing via PyPI, where the latest version is 0.3.7. Would it be possible to release 0.3.8 to PyPI, to make it easier to pull into production systems?

Agreed with @spiralman it should be available in PyPI.
