Distracted Timeout Too Quick #145

Describe the bug When the player looks away from a mistress, the distracted dialogue triggers too quickly. Need to allow a few seconds before scolding the player.

System Info:

VR Device: HTC Vive 1st Gen
Version: 2.1.0+143
