Issue with Nega Door breaking

Describe the bug sometimes when selecting to go into Nega's room, either from right in front of it or even from far away, you'll move to just infront of it with nothing happening except the game darkening the corner of the room, as well as darkening Yuki's corner of the room to the point you can't see her door. You can move around the entryway to any of the normal movement spots but no door has any sort of way to trigger them anymore.

Going into the journal and selecting to return to the chapter: Entry Way fixes this. Was present in 2.2 and now still in 2.3.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Nega's Door
2. It is rare, but use the trigger on your VR controller or when left clicking on the door with Mouse/Key board. To activate door
3. Nothing Happens except the game darkening the corner of the room, as well as darkening Yuki's corner of the room to the point you can't see her door.
4. You can move around the entryway to any of the normal movement spots but no door has any sort of way to trigger them anymore
5. Issue is resolved if you teleport to Entry from within journal, but bug can be experienced again.

Expected behavior Should Teleport to Nega Yuki's room.
