Incorrect Pose Icon Gender #233

Describe the bug When choosing Male physique, Penis genitalia, and the Pet designation, the Pose Icon is a Female Body. Seems to only happen with the Pet designation

Expected behavior The correct body physique should show up when selected by the player.
