GTK+ theme not reloading #244

hello. i have the same issue as in #234. with all the same configs, i tried that python script too, but i don't have FlatColor theme updated. they stay the same default color palette using different wallpapers. i have installed wpgtk via git clone.

wpgtk-templates weren't installed
