Highlights include:

Updating core to the latest 8.5.x release (which is actually the beta, but upstream already has an "RC" version).
Removing PhantomJS for #15
Addresses #23 for cleaning up the Behat logs.
Ships a preinstalled Drupal database to reduce test times
