Only store the files cache, not /vendor #35

See https://github.com/travis-ci/travis-ci/issues/4579#issuecomment-127972205 where it's noted by one of the Composer maintainers that vendor is not cache-safe.

Awesome! I have created https://github.com/CircleCI-Public/circleci-demo-php-laravel/pull/9 and will port this to https://github.com/Lullabot/drupal8ci.
