What :

updated SETSystemSettings with device support. added Support for missing system settings SET api's.

audioOutputSource
hdrOutputMode
pictureMode
textToSpeech

fix for format error.

Why :

Some impl is missing for SetSystemSettings. getting error in the compliant suit.

How :

Added implementation for require api,s.

Test :

Manually tested.

NOTE : latency issue observed for some api's.
