Add verbose logging and log commands and notifications

Verbose (verbose in configuration)

• CommandReceived
• NotificationReceived
• Connection established
• Config parameters on startup

  Non-verbose (info in configuartion, default):

• Startup info (Version, etc)
• Errors

P. S.: Also it will be support debug mode and has ability to include other levels of logging in package say.
