Hazelcast container refuses to run on port 5701

When I attempt this command, docker-compose up -d I get this result,

Which seems related to executing the hazelcast container. I just pulled down the docker-compose script and ran it.

I confirmed I don't have anything running on port 5701, any idea what's going on?

Hey, didn't find the problem, but I restarted my computer and the hazelcast container started up
