Delete an account from the service

As a user, I need to be able to delete an account from the service, So that I can remove unwanted accounts.

Details and Assumptions

• The service should have an API endpoint to delete an account.

  Acceptance Criteria

  Given an account ID, when I send a DELETE request to the service, then it should remove the corresponding account from the service.
