Update minor gap change for RWD in header #13

Made the header slightly more responsive for issue #4 (in my opinion, lol). Planning to do more style improvements as I have time. Will probably tackle the Projects page next. Not sure if it will let you accept the PR and leave the issue open? If not, if you could please open a new issue and reassign me, I'd appreciate it!
