Batch task that builds compressed archive doesn't trigger #1166

Clicking Download assignment does not trigger the batch job that builds an examiner's compressed archive in Mozilla Firefox.

Reproduced in Firefox 78.6.0esr (Extended Support Release) on RedHat 8.

Workaround: trigger the building in another browser, ie Google Chrome first, then download the already build archive in the Firefox session on the machine you need the archive.
