Include all vendor fonts in build #1317

Two themes fetch fonts from gstatic.com:

devilry/devilry_theme3/static/devilry_theme3/6.3.5/styles/cradmin_theme_devilry_mainpages/theme.css (x4)
devilry/devilry_theme3/static/devilry_theme3/6.3.5/styles/cradmin_theme_devilry_superuserui/theme.css (x4)

They should instead be served directly from Devilry alongside other static files:

add them to a font directory (ie. devilry/devilry_theme3/static/devilry_theme3/6.3.5/vendor/fonts/firasans/)
change the eight references to use the local resources instead
adjust the build process if needed
