Improving admin panel #46

The superuser panel is currently just a default Django-admin panel and some functions, such as creating courses, are unnecessary complex. Suggested solutions:

Incorporating them into the course pages (admin panel), would be part of bigger upgrade
Upgrading the superuser panel, custom templates etc.

The additional admin level (issue #86) should limit need for most admins to use the superuser panel so it should be fine to leave this as-is.
