Federated authentication #88

We should provide a federated authentication option to LDAP. For our use case there's two alternatives:

  1. Uninett Feide (Oauth 2.0)
  2. UiO Weblogin (SAML 2.0)

Given the choice, we prefer Feide as it isn't limited to usage at UiO and is something we have experience with through Devilry (using django-allauth).
