WCAG Fixes #90

This should close #85, close #84, and close #83 for all student pages. All admin pages and pages using cradmin are not fixed by this. Currently colour contrasts has to be activated, but that may be patched out to always be active.

PR made for testing purposes mostly.

@Elthan: seems this PR contains the Python upgrade as well. Perhaps because it wasn't merged at the time you opened this PR?

Yeah, I had to rebase it onto the Python3 branch. It became kinda messy because of some merge issues. I can try to fix it if it's an issue.
