  • [ ] SCM Management - Identify responsibilities and authorities for managing and accomplishing planned SCM activities.
  • [ ] SCM Activities - Identify activities to be performed in applying to the project.
  • [ ] SCM Schedule - Establish required coordination of SCM activities with other activities in the project.
  • [ ] SCM Resources - Identify tools and human resources required for plan execution.
  • [ ] SCM Plan Maintenance - Identify how the plan will be kept current while in effect.

Working on fleshing out what this doc need to contain, and getting started adding info

Note on IEEE requirements: Consistency Criteria:

• All activities defined in the Plan shall be assigned to an organizational unit.
• All activities defined shall have resources identified to accomplish the activities.
• All CIs identified in the Plan shall have defined processes for baseline establishment and change control.

If the above criteria are met, we can write: “This SCM Plan conforms with the requirements of IEEE Std828-2005.”
