Add .dockerignore #1325

@ThatcherK this should fix your issue. The largest folder within the old docker context is the storage folder - now 11GB. This matches our remain storage, so deployments fail. Anyway, I've used the .dockerignore to exclude it from the docker context - this has been tested on staging and doesn't break anything.
