Audio visual resources behaving differently to other resources - author names #1352

Describe the Issue When authors no longer work at DI, we 'unpublish' their profile pages. This means that their name remains against old publications, but doesn't hyperlink through to their bio.

See, for example, this publication format page, where Sarah D's authorship credit here is greyed out (correctly) [https://www.devinit.org/resources/questions-considerations-donors-triple-nexus-uk-sweden/] But on a presentation page format, this name is now a broken link. [https://devinit.org/resources/donors-triple-nexus/?nav=more-about]

We'd like the behaviour on the publications page to be repeated on the other formats please.

This isn't urgent, but keen to fix it.
