We've agreed that we are going to move away from figure data and instead have one workbook per publication.

Step 1: Can we pull a list of the publications that currently have represented figure data?

If you post the list on this issue I can follow up with the publications team and collect all the workbooks together so you can script and upload of them as datasets.

Put together a dictionary where the key is any variant of a PublicationPage, and the value is the count of FigurePages associated with it through the publication_datasets mixin. Right now it seems like there is not a single Publication Page that has associated Figure Pages in that direction.

Figure Pages can have an associated PublicationPage however. Here's the relationship between every FigurePage and every PublicationPage:

There were so many duplicates in this it felt a bit over whelming. This might be a better place to start.... https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AtsZRBIXhm7PTXGo4ZYhjJSNRLkC66xZvQrsBC_P8So/edit#gid=400538103 That is the google sheet that we worked from to collect data from people, so I assume these would be the reports represented in this section.

What we need to work out is if each of these currently have a single workbook of data associated with them in the publications area. If so then we can take that file and move it to the data for download section. (I think that is the solution). If not we have the task of creating the single workbooks.

I'll add a column to this sheet that indicates what is save in the publication section.
