Colours for country profile government finance graphics

Describe the Issue The Revenue and Grants, Financing and Expenditure graphics, located under the Government Finance tab of Country Profiles, are not on brand. Specifically, all instances of the blue #0095cb should be replaced with the same red as the year slider (which should be #e84439). To Reproduce Replace the content below with the steps to reproduce the behaviour.

1. Go to any country profile
2. Click on the 'Government Finance' tab.

Expected Behaviour We'd like this to be on brand.
