Hide Page Templates in Admin #53

There are a couple page templates that require the Portfolio Post Type plugin to be installed in order to work correctly: 'Full-width Portfolio' & 'Portfolio'.

These should be hidden if the plugin is not installed and it's not selected as the active page template to avoid confusion.

A bit of a hack, but should work until a core patch is available for filtering page templates.
