Ensure it can be used as a mix dependency #6

We need to move libhoedown.a inside markdown's priv directory.

Note: this is the only change left to get ex_doc running on hoedown. Also, please give me commit access to this repo? :D

Ok, I'll trust you but why?

Because when we move everything under _build, the dynamic linking is not working. Maybe there is a better fix but I believe it is nice to keep them altogether and avoid a dep generating files into another dep.
