This PR fixes #47

points to note

navigator.geolocation api is implemented in the main file
Added custom modal at the beginning of the page. This modal will notify the user that their location is getting accessed
The above feature is mandatory as mentioned by Google Lighthouse as fetching location on load arises potential security and trust issues.
