Update README.md to include use information and example descriptions #57

Added documentation to the readme for users to compile the examples and run them on 3ds or emulator along with information about the filetypes. Additionally added small descriptions for each example to improve navigation in the repository.

This links to https://devkitpro.org/wiki/Getting_Started but clearly the author hasn't read the page there. We don't link to .guide sites due to misinformation and piracy. While emulators can be useful for testing we don't recommend their use for development generally.
