"00037" file missing #62

I was following Jack Sorrell's homebrew tutorial and I'm missing this file, did I do something wrong?

I have no idea what you are talking about. No such file is relevant to the operation of homebrew. You only need Luma3DS and new-hbmenu to get going. Please don't follow random guides made by random people.
